This August 19th will be a time of simple fasting and prayer for enemies of Jesus. Consider joining us in devoting this day to the Lord to pray for those who persecute the church because of their ignorance of the power of sin.
For I too was once foolish and ignorant about the righteousness, holiness and mercy of God. In the hope that God will bring many to joyous repentance we pray for our enemies to be blessed.
Even the apostle Paul was convinced to oppose Jesus in the beginning, in the name of God no less, but was shown mercy because of his ignorance.
Acts 26:9 I too was convinced that I ought to do all that was possible to oppose the name of Jesus of Nazareth.
There are still many people today who have the same enmity towards Jesus. Let us zealously unite to pray for our enemies as Jesus commanded.

This is the worst yet! How dare you put Cindy Scinto's name down as an endorser, when anyone with a lick of sense knows that Cindy Scinto would cut off her arm before endorsing this story! Whoever is the editor of this rag had better check their facts. Stop dragging her name through the mud!!!

Second, praying for our enemies is very Biblical (Matthew 5:44). It's strange that you think someone would not endorse a day encouraging everyone to obey Jesus instruction.
